B Heath.

Looked down from a broken sky
Traced out by the city lights
My world from a mile high
Best seat in the house tonight
Touched down on the cold black tile
Hold on for the sudden stop
Breath in the familiar shock
Of confusion and chaos
Are those people going somewhere?
Why have I never cared?

Give me your eyes for just one second
Give me your eyes so I can see
Everything that I keep missing
Give me your love for humanity
Give me your arms for the broken hearted
The ones that are far beyond my reach
Give me your heart for the once forgotten
Give me your eyes so I can see

Step out on a busy street
See a girl and our eyes meet
Does her best to smile at me
To hide whats underneath
Theres a man just to her right
Black suit and a bright red tie
To ashamed to tell his wife
He's out of work
He's buying time
Are those people going somewhere?
Why have I never cared?

Ive Been there a million times
A couple of million eyes
Just moving past me by
I swear I never thought that I was wrong
Well I want a second glance
So give me a second chance
To see the way you see the people all alone

What would the world look like if we saw it with God's eyes?
What would our actions look like if we saw this world with God's eyes?
What would we think if we saw ourselves with God's eyes?

Well you ask very simple questions JulieO...if we saw things as God does, we would therefore have to act as Jesus did, and if we all did this the world would be as it was initially intended to be! However, this is not the case as you might have noticed...so we therefore must do the best we can with what we have. That is ask, through prayer, to see the world more like God does and then with our limited bodies, minds, power, ambition, intelligence, love and faith act as much as we can in accordance with our limitless hearts.

What would the World look like with God's eyes? That is crazy to think about, since he is all knowing and outside of time. I guess it would be sad and joyful all at the same time. Sad becasue of Sin, but Joyful because those who are in love with him.

Our actions? Personally, I think my actions would look pathetic. I think God see's huge huge potential in us all and has amazing plans for each of us. Our sin keeps us from the fullness of those plans.

We see ourselves with God's Eyes? I think we would be completely satisfied.
